The challenge
One healthcare platform served different people with different responsibilities. The design had to accommodate role-specific journeys without fragmenting the overall system.
My approach
I organized the information architecture around five user roles, mapped core flows, built consistent interface patterns and prepared high-fidelity screens and components for engineering handoff.
The deliverable
Delivered a cohesive design foundation covering 90+ screens, navigation patterns and reusable components. This case documents design output; it does not claim measured improvements in adoption or usability.
